Data Entry
Bookkeeping (Part-time)

Job description: We have an opening for someone to do data entry into QuickBooks, approximately 6~10 hours/month.

Experience with QuickBooks or accounting in general would be helpful but is not required. We will train the right person.

Required skills: Attention to detail, organized, ability to work with minimal supervision, not afraid to ask questions, ethical, honest, and able to keep private information confidential.

We are a "fun and profit"-minded team with successful, growing businesses in real estate brokerage, financing and property management.

This is a permanent, part-time position and additional responsibilities and pay are available.

Work location is near Highway 85 / Camdenn Avenue but working remotely is also a possibility.

The days and hours are completely flexible.
Starting pay is $10/hour.

Property Manager
(Part-time)

Job description: The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining 100% occupancy of our rentals and ensuring that the Owners and Tenants are completely satisfied with our services.

The duties include marketing our rental properties (such as placing ads in newspapers and on Internet sites), responding to inquiries by phone and email, showing the properties to prospective applicants, evaluating applicants for suitability, making the "sale" (obtaining a signed rental agreement), and doing move-in and move-out inspections.

We feature an innovative compensation system that rewards occupancy, profitability, and securing new clients.

The ideal candidate is an excellent judge of people, has good administrative skills, is conscientious about following through on tasks, and has strong sales skills. Though you'll set your own appointments, a flexible schedule which allows for meeting prospects when it is convenient for them (i.e. during the day, evening or weekends) is a must.
